A Wrinkle In Time starts playing in theatres tonight! Of course, we all saw those lucky fans who attended a screening of the movie and ended up being part of the Oscars. But that’s a story for another time. Photo walls are a popular thing in LA as Instagram continues to dominate social media. When I saw the Wrinkle in Time mural on the Disney Style Instagram I knew I had to check it out.

You can find it at Vista and Melrose in Hollywood. There is a lot of free street parking nearby on Martel. Murals like this a truly one of the best ways that companies can promote products right now. With Instagram being such a part of everyone’s life at the moment just putting up a simple painting will have people driving from all over LA to take photos with it.

angel wings on melrose

Melrose has more Instagram photo walls than any other street in the LA area. The Pink Wall, the murals at Carrera Cafe, and the Colette Miller angel wings are just a few of my favorites but there are so many to check out!

The only spot that can even come close to this is Abbot & Kinney over in Venice Beach. You can read all about the Venice Instagram spots here.

I’ll be using my MoviePass to see A Wrinkle In Time but if you’re in the LA area without MoviePass I highly recommend watching the movie at the El Capitan Theatre. It is one of my favorite places to see a movie in Hollywood because they always do something to make your experience special. You can find discounted tickets for $10 via Goldstar.

These murals don’t always last for too long so I recommend going to check it out sooner than later.
