The Grove in Los Angeles is one of my favorite places to go. It is a fun place to go shopping and have a fun night out on the town. Over the years I’ve been able to attend fun events at The Grove like a celebration of Olympian Gabby Douglas as well as the premiere for Fuller House. Recently, I attended a Bloggers Who Brunch event celebrating the anticipated Mamma Mia 2 movie coming out later this month.

Bloggers Who Brunch are now hosting monthly events at both The Grove and Americana at Brand in Glendale. These events are free and do not require that you actually be a blogger in order to attend. I was even able to score free street parking which made the experience even better. Parking, even with validation, can become expensive at The Grove. When you attend events at the Americana try parking at the Glendale Galleria for free and then walk over.
You will need to register in advance to attend these events. I found out about the event because I follow The Grove on social media.
The Mamma Mia 2 was a small but fun event. Though it would have been even better if it included a screening of the new movie. There was a Pinkberry station where Mamma Mia themed ice cream was served. A station where you could have a flower crown made. I put my flower crown on my hat. There were also two stations where you could get drinks and a beautiful flower wall for photos.
Recently, I attended the Bloggers Who Brunch event for Last Christmas. The event was nice but very small. So my biggest piece of advice is don’t drive too far for this type of event.
In January of 2020, I attended a really fantastic event for creators hosted by Disney. You can read all about the Polka Dot Summit here.
