Palm Springs is such a cute desert city that is known for its unique and beautiful homes. There is even a tour of all the colorful doors in the neighborhoods. However, beyond the houses, I have other favorite Instagram spots in Palm Springs to share with you as well. I have even included a few stops along the way from LA.

Orange Street Alley in Redlands
How cute is Orange Street Alley in Redlands? It is so colorful and perfect for photos. I love stopping by the Old Spaghetti Factory in Redlands for lunch or dinner.

Cabazon Dinosaurs
The Cabazon Dinosaurs were featured in the movie Pee Wee’s Big Adventure and have been a roadside attraction since 1975. I stopped for photos and In N Out and did not go inside the dinosaurs but for a price, you can! If you’re interested in more information you can visit their website here. Recently they have been giving them colorful makeovers, the last time I stopped here they were painted like characters from The Flintstones.

Instagram Spots in Palm Springs
The Windmills
In the future, I would love to get close to the big windmills that line the sides of the highway on the way to Palm Springs. It seems like it can be a little complicated to get close to the windmills so I will save that adventure for another trip.
The Palm Springs Sign
The first stop I recommend making in the city is at the Palm Springs sign.

Liberace House
Liberace’s House is located at 1441 N Kaweah Rd, Palm Springs, CA 92262.
Marilyn Monroe House
So many stars flocked to Palm Springs because it was close enough to LA that if they got called back for work they didn’t have to travel too far.

Elvis Honeymoon Hideaway
In the future I would love to tour the house, it looks so interesting on the inside from the photos I’ve seen.

Copley’s
This cute little restaurant is located in Cary Grant’s former estate. I love all of the Hollywood connections out here in the desert. My husband and I had one of the most incredible meals here. The atmosphere is fantastic and the food is so incredible. This will absolutely be a spot that we keep returning to.

When I got to the downtown area I parked in a structure for free close to the Palm Springs Art Museum. I was able to walk to all the next few Instagram spots.
Working On My Desert Glow at Sephora
This picture-perfect spot is located outside of Sephora.

Palm Springs Walk of Stars
This Walk of Fame features Golden Palm Trees that pay tribute to various people who have lived in the Greater Palm Springs area. I went looking for Marilyn Monroe’s star and Debbie Reynold’s.
You can find their stars at 155 S. Palm Canyon Dr. (Debbie) and 101 S. Palm Canyon Dr. (Marilyn).
Colette Miller Angel Wings

Walt Disney’s Palm Springs House
You cannot see the house extremely well, but for Disney fans, it might be worth driving by to see the Walt Disney Palm Springs house.

PS I Love You
You can find the adorable PS I Love You sign in front of the Kimpton Rowan Hotel in Downtown.

PS Air Bar
The PS Air Bar is one of the coolest places that I have been to lately. The theme is so well done. It is located inside a wine shop. The food is average at best but I still highly recommend stopping by to enjoy the atmosphere.

Marilyn Monroe Statue
This statue is back in town and located in front of the art museum.

Frank Sinatra’s Grave
You can visit the graves of Frank Sinatra and Sonny Bono at the Desert Memorial Park. Frank’s grave can be found in Row B8, Plot #151. Sonny’s is row B35.

This sign is located at Museum Way & North Palm Canyon Drive.
Hotel California
This isn’t the Hotel California that the Eagles sing about but it is still really cool to see. I love the look of this place.

The Pink Door
The pink door is Instagram famous. I love how it looks like a chocolate bar! What a beautiful house.

This colorful hotel is an Instagrammers dream!

JW Marriott Hotel
Close to Palm Springs is Palm Desert. I love visiting and staying at the JW Marriott Palm Desert. It is one of the most beautiful hotels in the area. Even if you cannot stay here it is worth coming to look around.
